Which brings me to you
Born and raised on the islands of Hawai’i made for a complex and multicultural upbringing where I quickly learned the value of respecting my surroundings. This multi-layered lens has framed my ability to connect and honor the difference in all of our human experiences. Growing up amongst a family built off high performing values taught me to be intensely goal driven, and I am on a lifelong journey to honor there is just as much power in our own unique presence. At an early age a ballet dancer, then athlete, I transferred the same competitive spirit into my career aspirations and achievements that all came second nature, while my soul craved more balance, connection and purpose.

In professional settings I have been known to thrive and seek the heart and soul of the person, purpose, and mission of the project; product, team, athlete, designer, artist or massive impossible goal…
I have dove in head first, challenged the norm, improved messy processes, motivated the energy back into teams, created harmony and work flow, generated synergy, exceeded expectations and also asked the hard questions. I have built enough self awareness to assess when its time to pivot, shift lanes, and follow that intuitive inner voice. I am a seasoned project manager with an epic instinct and mission for leveling us all up!
